We accept bank transfers only. We do not accept credit cards, checks, third-party payment apps, or online gateways.
All payments must be made to the banking details issued directly in your official invoice from @altocontainer.com. Any requests outside this domain should be disregarded and reported.
Delivery is fulfilled within the continental United States, using licensed freight carriers.
A sales representative will provide tracking updates, delivery instructions, and an ETA. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-side delays (e.g., inaccessible site), re-delivery fees may apply.

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible containers.
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned unit, provided:

We provide accurate descriptions and, when requested, photos or specifications in advance. By accepting delivery, you confirm that the container condition matches your expectations and the terms agreed at purchase.
Customers are responsible for inspecting the container upon delivery and notifying ALTO of any issues within 48 hours.
Sales tax is applied based on the delivery destination and current state/local tax laws.
If you are tax-exempt, a valid exemption certificate must be submitted before payment to adjust your invoice. We cannot refund sales tax retroactively.
