We accept bank transfers (ACH or wire) only. We do not accept credit cards, checks, or third-party platforms (e.g. PayPal, Venmo, etc.).
Bank transfer ensures security, traceability, and avoids third-party processing fees.
We offer a flat-rate delivery fee of $650 per container to any location within the continental U.S.
This rate includes dispatch, carrier coordination, and direct-to-site drop-off.
If you’re ordering multiple units or require a special offloading method (e.g., crane), your sales representative will advise if adjustments apply.

If the container arrives in a condition that doesn’t match what was promised, or if ALTO made an error, we’ll either exchange the unit or issue a full refund.

Once a returned container is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund within 7 business days to the original bank account used for payment.
Sales tax is calculated based on your delivery location and will appear on your invoice.
If you’re a tax-exempt organization, simply provide your exemption certificate prior to payment so we can adjust your invoice accordingly.
Yes — within reason. If you have specific needs (e.g. minimal rust, interior flooring condition, special doors), let us know during the inquiry process.

However, we can guide you on choosing a container that’s ideal for future conversion (e.g., office, pop-up shop, etc.) and provide accurate specs for your contractor.
